Serving Those Who Serve Others
Empowering hospitality professionals, veterans, and first responders through mentorship, skill-building, and spiritual growth.
Service Force Academy
The heart of this program is to serve those who serve our communities — especially in hospitality roles such as servers, baristas, hosts, cooks, and back-of-house staff — by offering them space to grow in purpose, direction, and faith. Through mentorship, practical training, and immersive experiences, we aim to restore value to their work and lives.
A highlight of the program is a fully funded trip to Israel, where participants will experience the country’s food, culture, and people firsthand — fostering a spirit of solidarity, cultural appreciation, and spiritual reflection. At its core, this program is also committed to promoting unity with the Jewish community and standing against anti-Semitism through education and connection.
